We accept most dental insurance plan as an in-network provider. We will file insurance for you and estimate your out of pocket costs based on the information provided by your insurance company. Note that the “estimate” from your insurance company is only an approximate amount that they will be paying. Patient is responsible for any amount not paid by the insurance.
Payment is rendered at the time of service.
For your convenience, we accept the followings Payment Options:
- Cash, credit, debit, personal checks, money orders
- Visa/Master
- Auto-credit card draft payment plan
- Care Credit (for extensive dental treatment, financial arrangements can be made with our office through Care Credit with up to 6 months no interest).
We recommend 48 hours notice for any cancellations and charge $25 for less than 24 hours.
